Going For Gold

Olympic fever has hit! Many hours spent watching the games and lots of golds being won for Team GB this year! Looking to exceed the medal tally from last year. As we sail through the month we are also LOVING the sporadic heatwaves! Especially now as we have had a new air con unit fitted in reception. Keeping us and the patients nice a cool when it’s over 30 degrees outside! Hoping you are all enjoying the weather too especially as it’s school holidays. Lots of ice creams to be consumed no doubt. Just remember to brush your teeth thoroughly and regularly especially if eating some nice sugary treats! Candyfloss and hot doughnuts on the beach…. YES PLEASE! Some other news to share with you this month, we have a new dental nurse Ekta who has joined us and has settled in excellently. Ekta is a wonderful addition to our ever growing family here at Southcot. We also have started our decoration project. Hoping to have all the building looking fresh and clean ready for the Autumn time. A busy month all round. Enjoy the rest of the break and fingers crossed for another Indian Summer! That would deserve a gold medal in my eyes!
